The hotel had a great location, very close to the main attractions in the area. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed during our trip. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that came with our stay. the hotel provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Our room was a bit small, which made it challenging to move around and store our luggage. We also had a bit of trouble with the bathroom plumbing, which was quite inconvenient.

I liked the room very much, the ambience of the hotel was very good too.

The breakfast was rather poor for 4* hotel. There was no pastry, no fresh fruit, only instant coffee... That was big disappointment in otherwise brilliant establishment.

The young woman at the front desk was wonderful! There was a wedding that evening and she made sure we had rooms that were located so we did not hear all the music, etc. Also, she made a special arrangement for us to have dinner there and the waitress was outstanding.

The pool is the spa area needed to be filled properly--there was a scum on it and they did explain they were having problems.

Immaculately maintained, friendly staff, excellent room, delicious meals, helpful amenities.

I choice this hotel because was the only one available close to Pitvice lakes. It is about 40 kilometres far. Nice hotel with comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Lacks a bit of personality. Nice buffet breakfast

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Food and wine in restaurant were good quality and excellent value for money.

I can think of only one thing really - door did not close to the bathroom.

I was excited to stay at a hotel that claimed to be located close to interesting sights in Croatia. It was indeed conveniently located near the motorway and was a good base for exploring places like Plitvice Lakes. the room was disappointing, with cramped space and a small bathroom. the service was average, not going above and beyond, and the breakfast was just okay. While the reviews mentioned a good sauna and clean rooms, my experience didn't match up.

The decor of the hotel was very dated and not to my taste.

I really enjoyed staying there. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. I also must mention the restaurant of the hotel, the dinner I had was delicious.

Hotel is located at a place that make it easy to visit the National Parc 'Lake Plitvice' in Croatia. About 60 km from the parc, hotel is of higher quality than hotels in the close neighbourhood of the park. Choice is up to you - quality of hotel or close to the park. Rooms are nicely decorated. Food is good too and staff is friendly (as well at reception desk as at the restaurant)

Bathroom is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, with its convenient location on the main street of the town. The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to answer our questions and ensure our utmost satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including convenient features like ironing facilities and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and soak in the fresh air. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were nice touches that added to our comfort. Additionally, the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime.

We booked this hotel as part of a romantic escape to see the stunning Plitvice National Park. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive away from the park. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi that worked seamlessly. the small bar on site was an excellent place to get some drinks before retiring to our room.

The gym and pool were not as advertised, and the Wi-Fi signal was not strong in some areas of the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel, somewhere close to the motorway and between attractions in Croatia. Cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered parking and transportation, and its location was close to many interesting sights.
